is there only 2 wires on the attack & vol pots?

The input wire from the board should be connected to the switch lug that has the unconnected wire on it.  Remove the unconnected switch wire, remove the boards input wire from the input jack and connect it to the free switch lug..

Thanks for your response! Tried that and still no dice
Had it working prior to adding the switch to the works so it has to be something with the switch/jacks/where this idiot decided to chuck wires

Update: connected the sleeves of both jacks and voila, the switch worked! No fuzz though until the PCB slipped a bit, then glorious tone for a minute, then back to nothing. Umm.
