I'm looking for comments on the fuzz schematic I created. I've bread boarded it and it sounds good but any input would be welcomed.

It is essentially 3 EH LPB circuits with some extras. The crunch pot is slightly redundant so I may eliminate it and send the cap directly to ground.

PRR

Simple cascade, classic way to smack your signal flat top/bottom.

VR2 probably can't do much, true. Smaller C6 might shift the small effect to higher pitch which may be more obvious.

I'd be inclined to try the R15 C5 VR3 mixer more like 100K than 2Meg, but that may be my bias.

You won't get any output with VR4 wiper grounded as drawn, so obviously that's a transcription error not the reality.

Thanks Paul

I'll mess around with C6 and VR3. I tried VR3 with a 1Meg pot but found there was lingering fuzz on the clean end of the pot.

You're right about the transcription at VR4.

I'd try the 100KB blend and lower R15 to something like 33k to 56K, and then go higher on R15 if there's still lingering fuzz that you want to cut

looks like a cool circuit Pete

Thanks Derringer. I'll give it a try.

I'd bet the lingering fuzz is from overdriving earlier stages just a little. It's tough to make a circuit that goes from completely clean to completely squashed.
