Has any one Plasti Dip coated an enclosure?  If you look on the web you can find youtube videos of people using Plasti Dip  to coat car wheels and even car bodies.

I'm not sure if I have missed the point of this stuff, but in the videos it looks like a spray or paint on rubber based paint. The videos mention about it being easy to peel off so that the original paint underneath can be restored. I can't imagine it being very sturdy stuff. My mind is telling me the finish would be like stretching a balloon over the enclosure. The car wheels in the video looked good I must admit.

my neighbor has a plastidip side company goin.  it wouldn't work for pedals at all.  they use it on cars so you don't have to devalue the car by repainting it.  it also protects the paint underneath.  it only lasts about 3 years on a car.  unless you like to repaint your pedal all the time, i'd steer clear.
