Another gig tonight, another pedal not working.. Please help me!

Okay, now that I've found that my jack was not good, I corrected this issue.

I now have bypass mode, but when ON, my pedal isn't working..? If I touch my veroboard, half of it make noise, other side doesn't. I can I troubleshoot that? My continuity doesn't work when I touch each side of a resistor.. So how to know where is my bug?

Voltage on IC
1: 4.63V
2: 4.73V
3: 4.63V
4: 0V
5: 4.64V
6: 4.63V
7: 4.63V
8: 9.39V

My voltage on IC is good.. What should I check? (by the way, this build was working before I insert my 3PDT .. )

Input to Output doesnt have continuity when switch is ON.

Well, it was very stupid mistake.. wiring..!
