Rotary Switch Mix

Howdy,
I'm using a 6x2 Pole Rotary switch to switch between monitor channels on a small 4 channel mixer I want to use as a backup for ENG stuff.

I've got the 4 channels running separate lines to the switch, as shown in the link:

Is there a way I can wire the switch with the remaining lugs so that I could get a mix of all 4 channels before the signal goes to my headphone amp?
