Bad Diode?

Ah, unfortunately no good on the chip. Replaced it and it still doesn't work. What could it be now? Could one of the caps be bad?

Looks like there is no need! Started replacing capacitors and the first one I replaced made it work! Looks like it was a bad capacitor after all! Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it
