two transistor fuzz circuit

Here is a two transistor fuzz circuit.   Two gain stage in series.  This is to show adjustment points of a fuzz circuit like this.
I have three places marked where you can install switches.
The gain curves change with switch setting.  The graph shows the first stage having the 10uf emitter resistor bypass cap switched in, C7 and C9 are switched out of circuit.
C9 is for more high end cut, you might like with a bass(look at a hogs foot etc)
C7 is for more gain
The collector voltages are adjusted more toward ground.
Green is the signal at the input, blue at the output.

I ran a transient analysis, I changed V2 to SINE(0.5 0.5 1k), and .TRAN 0.05



In green a sine wave of 1khz and 1vpp, in red and blue the output square wave before and after the output cap.
I still don't get why spice shows negative voltages after the cap...
