Who do you folks use for a FAB? I just made an Eagle board for the 1 Knob GasPedals Dumbbell w/o boost switch and made an order at OSH Park.
Wanted to use Itead or Seeed because they are extremely cheap for small batches, but couldn't really figure out how to export the gerbers (i downloaded ITEADs CAM) then figure out what layers apply to the different objects.
Just trying to get some tips from fellow DIYers
Wasn't sure how to do the solder mask, unless it is implied? I saw something on OSH that make me think the soldermask is assumed since I didn't add it as a layer.

According to their site it will look like this. 2 layers, any thoughts? It is my first time with eagle and FAB.
According to EAGLE I had no connection issues.

*edit*
I know the 9v GND and I/O are a bit small.
I couldn't figure out how to make them bigger until after the fact, but I've edited the library so it won't be an issue going forward  8)

At $33 a board I can say that will never happen =(

For the hobbyist, it's really hard to beat OSH Park's $10 per sq inch price, particularly at the level of quality they offer. There may be cheaper, but I don't think there is any higher quality.

What you want to look at is their "Bare Bones" service. For small boards without solder mask or silk, 10 for $100.00. I use it for prototypes all the time.

It looks like your wire pads (in, out, gnd, etc) are very small. You might have a hard time getting stranded wire to fit through them.

Last I checked it was $5 per sq inch?

Correct.

I mentioned it in the edit below the image  :D

I have since fixed the library packages to fit a 1MM Drill 2MM Diameter sizing but it didn't notice until after I requested the pcbs

I have also added and SMD J201 =)

Sorry, $10 per sq inch is the 4 sided price. 2 sided is $5 per sq inch.

How I wish the free version of eagle could do the 4 sided layouts.. that would be a blast.
