Does anyone give online classes to understand basic electronics to modify pedals

Hello, I have been cloning pedals in PROTEUS for some time and replicating them on breadboards, however, I do not have the knowledge to be able to join different pedal sections, such as a tone or an equalization section to a pedal that I would like. Therefore, I would like to know if someone could give me classes (online) in basic electronics so I can better understand the electrical pedal systems and be able to make modifications.
My email is agoriztribe@gmail.com

Thanks

I'd recommend going to https://www.electrosmash.com/mxr-distortion-plus-analysis as they break the circuits into blocks, focused on pedals, which seems your focus to learn. Start with it, but confirm the info they give elsewhere to learn deeper

Thanks for answering. I told you that I don't know how to go from one block to another. For example, I don't know how the clipping stage can be adjusted well to a Tone stage, as is the case with a TS 808. From there, I have doubts about how to add an equalizer between the two. Do you know how? Do you know the mathematical formulas?

(almost) everything is impedances (mis)match matter, hence voltage dividing effect.. :icon_wink:

e.g. an EQ of 10k say  impedance should drive a stage of 100k input impedance and be driven from a stage of 1k output impedance..

I suspect you're probably thinking that this is more complicated than it actually is. In the case of the tube screamer, the tone stage is just stuck on the output of the clipping stage pretty directly. They put an RC lowpass filter in there to remove a bit of treble, but that's part of the tone shaping itself, rather than anything special to join the stages up.

Mostly/often you see a capacitor joining two stages. This is necessary where there is a difference in the DC levels between two stages, or where there might be a diffference. Often people just stick them in anyway, "just in case". It mostly doesn't do any harm. Where you have a capacitor like that, you usually get a CR highpass filter (the R is formed by the input impedance of the next stage, so might not be an explicit R to ground) so you have to consider that when choosing a suitable C value. Or you just experiment. In general, 1u is plenty big enough, and I've seen loads of circuits where people have just used that as their "default" value for coupling caps to avoid having to work it out.

For RC lowpass filters and CR highpass filters, the formula is Freq=1/2PiRC. But you can use an online calculator to work it out for you.
Aside from that, Ohm's law is useful: V=IR, or I=V/R, or R=V/I.
As far as formulas go, those two will get you quite a long way.

What the Druid said is of prime importance. Also note that each RC combination you are adding an LPF (cap to ground) or HPF (resistor to ground) so an EQ in the middle must account for those before and after.

I am a piece meal learner, but you mentioned the tube screamer so maybe read Tube Screamer analysis the search for it in this forum, people have modified the circuit in many ways.

Otherwise I always end up on electronic tutorials website searching for non-inverting op amp or others, lots of info that way.

Aside from posting here proposed changes to circuits and having assumptions changed to understanding, you might find a local school to you with online classes or maybe cajol a brilliant person here (not me)to be your tutor.
