OK, I have built a couple of General Guitar Gadget kits and they have turned out well. Currently putting together a Triangle Big Muff Pi kit from GGG. Everything is per the kit and this schematic: http://generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_bmp_tri_sc.pdf?phpMyAdmin=78482479fd7e7fc3768044a841b3e85a
and this wiring diagram: http://generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_bmp_wiring.pdf?phpMyAdmin=78482479fd7e7fc3768044a841b3e85a

When I was done I connected a 9v battery and connected it to a small amp. There is no signal passed in bypass or when turned on. The LED does light.
I have checked my wiring and solder joints.  I have done continuity checks across the whole board and footswitch and it seems connected. I have done grounding checks to every grounding point and it seems fine. I have checked continuity from the input jack to the output jack and that is good.  Today I plugged in live amp to the output jack and tapped on the tip lug of the output jack. There was no sound.

It seems like I am missing something very obvious. Can anyone help?  Thanks.

There is no signal passed in bypass or when turned on.

Your wiring diagram shows true bypass, so if no bypass signal, you've definitely made a wiring error either with the in/out jacks, or the stomp switch.  Check the orientation of the switch, the lugs of the jacks, and post a picture for us to look at if you can't figure it out.

I've checked and rechecked everything.  Maybe I've been looking at it too much. Here are 3 pics:

The tip springs on the jacks look very close to the back of the pots.  Stick a plug in there, and then measure from tip to ground.  Might be shorting.  Rotate jacks as needed.

Up and running. Per your advice, I checked if it was shorting on the pot. It wasn't but I found the jack was shorting on the side of the box.  It sounds fantastic! Very happy. Thanks for the help.
