Boss OS-2 oscillating without input potential

Hi there,

i got an Boss OS-2 and it turns out it oszillates, with no Signal or no reference potential on the input.

I discovered the problem when i got a Cry Baby. When i switch it, for a very small moment there is no potential on the input of the following OS-2 and it makes "PEEP" in the moment of switching the Wahwah.

When i put just a cable in the input of the OS-2 it makes PEEEEEEEEEEEEE.... the pitch depends on the length of cable. A patch-cable makes a High PEEP and a long guitar cable a very low PEEP.
Touching the end of the cable - the PEEP disappears. It would not bother me but switching the Cry Babay - short moment no potential - a short PEEP (sounds the best with an delay an the end of the chain....).

Some suggestions? I put a 470k from Input to Ground but nothing changed. The pedal itself seems to work normal (Volume, Gain, Tone, Color)
