Any suggestions for an 8V or 7V LDO Voltage regulator?

I am having a hard time finding an 8V or 7V LDO regulator available at the usual suspect shops (Banzai, Small Bear, Tayda etc)
I googled and found some from TI etc but can't find a shop that ships them for a reasonable fee ...
I'm looking preferably for a drop in equivalent of a 78Lxx, does not have to be rated at more than 100ma

if you don't need quantity, you can probably get some of the TI's free on the samples program thing.
