Hi everyone I bought all the parts I need to change LED colors, upgrade footswitches and install the looper mode mod on my Line6 DL4. I just started today and I've ran into a bit of trouble. I'm not getting any sound from the dl4, only the first switch will turn any LED's on and it won't turn them off again.

Here's what I've done (in order).
Removed PCB switches
Swapped LED's (fairly certain that I got them all in the right direction with the +/longer/anode side in the "+" socket on the PCB)
Wired up the Looper mod as shown in the picture below
-snipped the left most leg of the rotary switch (not set to looper mode)
-wired the rotary switch&pcb to a dpdt switch
-took ground and power from the battery terminals on the pcb to wire up an LED with resistor and diode
Wired the new switches to the pcb.

Once I plugged the pedal in it sort of freaked out. I was getting sound, but only the left switch worked. The mod switch basically killed the delay that would be coming from that one switch. So I took the mod out and decided to just wire up the new switches. So I reconnected the rotary dial and then wired the switches up but I'm not getting any sound now and only the left switch will trigger anything. It lights up the left and right LED's but the tempo switch doesnt work and the middle two switches don't work at all.

Any idea what has gone wrong? I'm pretty stumped. I wouldn't think it could it be an LED being backwards could it?

I have a thread over at the gear page -> http://www.thegearpage.net/board/showthread.php?t=1371102 that I started to try and get all the info I needed prior to starting to avoid.... well.... this! hahaha.

I appreciate any help!
