Line6 DL4 documentation

Hi guys,

Is any of you having some documentation about the DL4 from Line6 ?

Mine has strange behavior, sometimes it boots sometimes it doesn't (depending of its mood I guess) . Which can be pretty ennoying as you may imagine. I tried to find a technical support email at Line6 but to access this I have to enter all my details (what for?). So maybe someone have imformations. Or even the same issue fixed ?

I found the power supply schematic but no help because all the voltages and the triggering of the transistor is happening even if the pedal doesn't boot. I thought of a serial shift regsiter issue for the footswitch . But any troubleshooting is hard because the pedal get back to life randomly.

Any thought or ideas would be cool

Try taking the EPROM chip out of it's socket and putting it back in.  Follow with the usual reset.
That seems to fix 9 out 10 weird behaving DL4s.
