impedance problem with input cap blend on tonebender

I am adapting the nput cap blend from the Easy Face to a tonebender Mk 2 circuit, situating it before it hits Q1...but a guru I've been in touch with is concerned that this will cause problems with impedance.  Is there a way to avoid this, or is this even a problem with the TBMk2 circuit?
