jokes aside, i was kinda indifferent about the video, tbh - it did what it was supposed to do.  but there's always room to react like a cliché metalhead!
i don't think it was really an appropriate tone for Misty Mountain Hop (based on the one time i listened to it), though.

my "style" is borne out of being a scruffy, clumsy person and i'm so self-conscious that i usually record 20 or so takes - even for basic pedal samples - and still think it sucks, so i wouldn't think of ripping on the guy's skills or tone preferences for real. even if i did disagree with the latter.
