Schematic Verify (stereo in buffered out mono or stereo)

Hey everyone,
I am building a junction box which would receive a stereo in from my effects, and i am wanting to buffer the cables and have the option of a mono rig or stereo rig, where it would automatically switch depending on how many outputs i have connected. I have made a design and was wondering if you guys could look it over to see if it would work and to add any additional tips to make it better.

what type of output jacks are you planning on using? - I don't quite follow your picture.

i was planning on using a normally closed mono jack for the  side and a stereo jack for the Left/Stereo side.
