Guitar and Bass Magazine - Two Timer pedal kit

I have just finished building the Guitar and Bass Magazine Two Timer pedal kit.

The pedal works but the phasing is dull - lacks top end sparkle.

Has anyone else built this one - if so what does it sound like.

Does anyone have a schematic for it?
