Tremulus Lune Volume drop issue

Here's the actual layout, for real this time. No trimpot on the circuit board.
I've not found the actual schematic for this exact layout but now I'm wondering if the volume pot, on the pedal pictured above, is the trim pot.

Gain on that layout is replacing the trim pot people are talking about I guess that is what the volume control is on the pedal you posted a picture of. If it is then you could use a larger value pot or add a resistor in series to increase the minimum and maximum volumes.

You'll have to open it up and see where the vol. pot goes to, I bet it goes to the opamp where the trim pot is on the schematic.    Once you know that's where it goes, do what Slacker suggested.

It's alive!!!
The volume/gain pot original to this build was 10k. I swapped for a 100k and now the volume is there with just a smidge more available if needed. Thanks to all who contributed to this fix, I truly appreciate the help and learning opportunity.
