Channel changing Foot-switch for an Orange TH30

Hello all - I've just joined so bare with me please!
My question is do you have any details (photos/schematic. etc) for an Orange TH30C channel change foot-switch?
I know it has a switch, a resistor marked as 470, an led and a input jack however i don't know what type or value of each part or how they go together.
I also have a Hammond enclosure for it all. Can anybody help me?

I had been looking for the schematic myself a couple of months ago.

That is great - tried it and it works! Now going to try and build a boost for the dirty channel to boost my rhythm sound for leads and add a reverb to the effects loop any ideas on those? Again to fit a Hammond 1950b enclosure? Thank you very much!
