sonic stomp IC

A friend asked me to look at a sonic stomp that stopped working after using the wrong power supply. The  BBE 2150AD JRC A5041C appears to be bad.
I did a web search and have not found a place to purchase the chip.  
Does anyone know of a site to purchase the chip?

I found the thread at the other site with a replacement board for the IC.  I don't want to make a board to replace the chip or install a clone board.

Why not try to adapt the NJM2153 ...... ahhh.... I mean the V2153 from Cool Audio:
