Sorry guys. Apparently the backups of the forum are causing all sorts of storage problems. But if you don't have auto backups, then crappy things start happening.
Anyway, thanks to the people that alerted me to the problem right away. This time it took a while to fix.

When I saw the header "Transient Forum", I thought it was going to introduce a separate sub-forum for folks just passing through, where we might see subjects like:

"Where can I find a pay-phone in Fresno?"

"Anyone know any good places to get a free meal and a shower in Glasgow?"

"Good places to hitch-hike in Kansas"

"Fixes for busted knapsack"
