69 Fuzz isssues

Hello Everyone,
Been gone from the forum for about 3 years. Ive started on a 69 Fuzz Pedal I didnt finish some years back. I didnt finish the wiring and for the life of me cant remember where I got the pcb layout to follow the wiring diagram. It has a volume,contour,bias and fuzz knob. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I can also send pictures or answer more questions if need be.

I found my copy of the circuit over at "the other place". nocentelli hangs out around here, it's one of his as far as I know, you could maybe pm him.

Fulltone '69? I have never done a pcb layout, you could try to trace the pot connections using the schematic:
