Heladito stereo mod vero?

I've just built the Tonepad Heladito (Small Clone) which has turned out very nicely with the addition of some of the well known mods.
I'd like to do the stereo mod (as I have an enclosure with three jack holes already drilled  ) but I can't find a vero of it.
Has anyone seen one around or should I just try to make my own?
Alternatively, If anyone's etched the pcb I'd be happy to buy one!
