Boss ce-3 chorus: no chorusing after installing fromel kit

I did this mod as per instructions but now I have signal but no chorus effect when activated
these were the mods:

c8 1uf

ic1 ne5532p
ic2 ne5532p
bridge 2&3 for psa adaptor use
help troubleshoot!!!
