Strange Fuzz problem

Hello,
I built a germanium fuzz face based on the general guitar gadgets layout, it sounds great, but there are noises when I'm turning the volume pots on my guitar up or down.
It happens when the pedal is off, even though it's true bypass, and when I'm unplugging the power, the noise is gone.
my guitar pots are fine, it only happen when this pedal is involved.
anyone have any idea what can cause this ?

Pedal input caps leaky. Check polarity.
