A number of years ago I had downloaded a synth / audio processing software package called "Audio Architect".  I was trying to find it again and it looks like the author took his web site down:

Does anyone happen to have a copy sitting around in their personal archives?

I used this to create some samples that I would then export to my sampler and trigger with a Roland GI-10. It's not exactly a stompbox but I am hoping someone can help!

Thanks!!!!

Is it this guy?

If so, you may like Pure Data:

It's not the same thing, because Pd is not trying to emulate a physical Synth, but rather is a Visual Programming Language for Sound Generation. The learning curve is steep, but the results are impressive.

I managed to get in touch with the developer and he fixed me up with a copy.

I've been working with Pd for a while and I'd like to recreate some of the functionality that I'm looking for in that environment (or possibly AudioMulch or something else of that ilk) but I'd like to be able to recreate the stuff I previously did in AA.

Things like this (written by the originator of Pd) are pretty interesting!
