You All Wire your 3PDTs Wrong

I wonder if anyone can help, I tried this diagram for my 1980's guyatone phaser and have some problems.
The sound works but Led light doesn't come on and the rate knob doesn't work. The pedal has a massive phase which isn't there maybe I've done something wrong?
