Regulated power supply

Hi there, i was looking for a power supply for my pedal needs and stumble across the madbean roadrage charge pump power supply. It has the 15v that i would need specifically. As i'm think of building one myself, would anyone care the share this compared to other commercial power units? Is it regulated?

The RoadRage isn't a power supply, more of a conditioner and regulator. You still need to feed it from a 9V adapter (1Spot, Boss, Godlyke, etc). Are you asking for something that you plug into the wall?
