I received this dead wah shell from a friend, I refurbushed just the switch and the inductor, the shell is missing the lid. I searched on the internet for pictures of this shell with no results. Any ideas what this might be?
P.D. The wah was black  ;)

It looks like a Crybaby. If you can find one in a shop, hold yours up against the bottom to see if the plate is the same size and holes are in the same place. If so, you need a standard bottom plate:

That is a new one on me.  Internally they seem to have cloned a post 89 dunlop cb. The cheap jacks and front silkscreened plate have a certain asian flair. But that art deco inspired exterior is its own thing isn't it?
my life is a tribute to the the great men and women who held this country together when the world was in trouble. my debt cannot be repaid, but i will do my best.

Right. Also, the inductor looks like something I've never seen before. What it is giving me a hard time identifying is the front plate, most wahs have plastic jacks at the sides!

The inductor is on a standard "blank" bobbin. They are usually wound to suit. I think my old Vox fuzz-wah had that type, but it's long gone - and that ain't no Vox shell.
Is there any ID on the copper side of the pcb?

I think it's a Denio, going by a volume pedal I found that looks like Rob's...

Magnificent work! :D It looks like I need to learn more about wah history :/
I had the PCB and did the schem, it was a regular wah circuit, nothing fancy.
Unfortunately, I trew the PCB away since it was heavily cracked and the copper traces were corroded as well.
