After a long time i've managed to do a small tutorial of 25 minutes with my way of processing a pedal enclosure.
All the operations from marking, drilling, sanding and powder coating.
I would gladly answer any questions that you might have.

Gabriel

Ohhh yes i know the gun... were a lot of cons about it. But i do think that is ok for smaller parts Also the powder cups are not standard and are pretty expensive to buy.

Thanks for sharing and taking the time to do a tutorial Gabriel. Good work.

Nice vid gtudoran,

@Deadastro, wow that gun used a massive amount of powder to cover that little part, it looked as though their was little static adhesion going on as well.

Please at least have 1 forum post before sending me a PM demanding something.

I love how the swirling comes through the powder coating...very cool!!  One of these days when I can afford cool toys, I'll be giving this a shot!

Thank you guys. Regarding that type of powder-coating gun, indeed the voltage is too low and that is why you will end up with a lot of over-spray. A decent layer of powder can be achieved even with 9-10KV but you will have a lot of over-spray.
