Yes - on-off-on DPDT toggle with bright, boost (careful using the switch with the effect on), warm (switch 1n cap in from C-B of the fuzz).
Not sure how useful the boost option is unless you use turn it on for a boost during solo's etc.
I used this circuit for a while, but the fizz underneath the clean FET signal started to bother me and it is on a shelf somewhere now. As a fuzz it is great, so I should probably pull it out and have another play with it.

'Tis a bit like the Fuzz-Rite/Orpheum/FY-2 in that the Fuzz control pans between the outputs of two cascaded stages: one clean and one clipping.

It is, but this deign keeps the two signals in phase, which can't hurt.
