EH Octave Multiplexer Layout Confusion

Hi all,
Relative newbie to electronics here. I'm most of the way done piecing together an Octave Multiplexer clone following this website's plan: http://topopiccione.atspace.com/PJ19EHOctaveMultiplexer.html
Now I'm at the point where I've got to toss on the input/output and the switches, and my inexperience has me utterly stuck at a point in interpreting this layout.

My problem is that I can't figure out what is supposed to connect to these 16 or so nodes that the layout left no clues about. I'm quite sure that they are supposed to lead to switches and jacks, but there's no hint about which ones go where. I've been trying to piece it together via the schematic (http://topopiccione.atspace.com/pjimages/EHOctaveMultiplexer.sch.gif), but it's both very blurry and hard to read and to my dumb eyes doesn't seem to match or explain what's on the layout.

There are three lettered nodes in the upper right hand quadrant of the layout that seem like they match nodes on the schematic. But whoever made this layout didn't letter the rest of them, and I'm just lost lost lost. Can anybody gimme some sorta advice or help?

Pardon my ignorance, I've got nobody around who I can ask for help with this stuff. Just sorta plunging into it solo.

I put red hexagons and pink circles around the questionable nodes in this picture of the layout, for clarity: http://tinypic.com/r/epnxf/8

I've also found this modified layout, a little clearer, but only deepens my confusion as he says that the bass filter and the range are both controlled by the same switch. Looking at the schematic, I don't understand how that could be.

well sir, I followed all your links, the only one that would show is the tinypic one. can you find and post another circuit diagram?

Hey,

I have built this one before. For the 2 switches:
-wire the SPST "range" switch with pad H to the center and pad I to the outside.
-For the SPDT "bass filter" switch, wire the left pad of the center 100k pot to the center of the switch, and wire pad D to one outside leg and pad C to the other.

I think the "16 or so unlabeled pads" you refer to are PCB spacing to accommodate different component sizes to fit on the board.

Hope this helps!

Thank you! I put it on the back burner a while ago, but I'll try it now.

it does not work on my machine, no. it takes a long time .....  then .... nothing happens. nothing at that site is found-able.

its viewable - but :

"PCB, layout and assembling
The layout for the EH Multiplexer was taken from a scan of the original board I found at Aron Nelson's Stompbox Forum"

so I am guessing everything you need as far as pictures etc are already on this website

That did it, Cortez, thank you!

For posterity, here's the schematic: http://i61.tinypic.com/4pxs15.gif

Now just to hook up the 3PDT and the inputs and outsputs. Thanks for bearing with me, y'all know how helpful y'all are.
