BOSS DD-2 D.TIME knob not working

is there a quick fix to such a problem, when a BOSS digital delay (DD-2) has every knob working but the delay time knob isn't adjusting the delay time ? the MODE knob works to set the delay time to the default times (i.e. 50ms 200ms 800ms ) but the D.TIME knob not doing a thing ..

Welcome to the forum. Looks like it's a 10k log pot with a trimmer setting the low end. Perhaps open it up and see if you can measure a resistance change between lugs 2 and 3 when you turn the knob. It probably won't read the 10k sweep in circuit, but a changing resitance at least shows the basic pot functionality.

many thanks! adjusting the trimmer setting at the low end got it back to life.. ! I turned the trimmer back n' forth, and left it back to the default position where I found it basically; and now the D.Time knob works.. I wouldn't have ventured to turn the trimmer, if it wasn't for your note. Totally super.. ! Much appreciate it!
