Dual Tap Tempo with soft touch help

Hi

Would it be possible to build a tap tempo with two outputs, one which is normally open and the other normally closed with a soft touch (or silent) footswitch?

I know that I can do it with a dpdt footswitch but I think they all have a mechanical 'click' sound when you click them.
