Hums until I touch enclosure

Trying to find what I think is a rookie mistake, but it's the first time I've encountered it. Pedal build (Garcho's Scotch Bonnet) hums when I touch the enclosure. If I touch the enclosure and the input jack at the same time, hum stops. If I touch the top and bottom plate at same time output volume gets REALLY loud. I cannot find anywhere where something is physically grounding out from touching the enclosure. Checking continuity with my multimeter, I get continuity for all the grounds in the pcb and offboard wiring, but then cannot find continuity from the circuity to the enclosure with my multimeter. I am completely mystified...!!! Grateful for any help. Always thought I'd run across this issue earlier I guess.
thanks...

Sounds like your enclosure isn't connected to ground and is acting like an antenna and picking up hum. You should have continuity from the PCB grounds to the enclosure.

I'd make sure that the ground connections between the PCB, switches/jacks, and enclosure (this connection probably made through one of the jacks) are solid. Make sure none of your wires broke from being vent around during the built process

Swapped out jacks for fresh ones, and issue is resolved. The input jack was the culprit, both jacks had been salvaged so who knows. Thanks all for the help!
