Hybrid fuzz. Allies Fuzz

Has anyone built this

I'm thinking of giving it a go on the breadboard.
Can anyone foresee any problems or offer any advice on which jelly beans would cut it.
Advice on hfe's?
Anything else you can think of.

Reminds me of a stripped down Fuzz Factory, or Vorpal Fuzz.

You will note that the allies fuzz is kinda the antithesis of the axis fuzz in that the pnp is q2 unlike the axis.
