Help me decipher an Acoustic tonestack?

That's TINA-TI. You can set components as "control objects" which simply means you can set them to have multiple values. So when you run AC sweeps it will plot multiple lines on a single graph for each different value. I don't have TINA on his computer but I believe it's under Analyze then "Set control objects". From there you just click on the component, then the parameter (in this case potentiometer percentage setting), then run your sweep as normal.
