I made my own version of the NuTube Screamer. It's a monster overdrive. Love the sound, with gain at 0 and mix at 0 it's a nice boost with tone adjust; with gain at 10 and mix at 10 (full NuTube) it's a tube distortion with lots of gain, powerful and a pleasant nice mid-range distortion with tube-like compression.
I also added the possibility to remove the soft clipping diodes, its effect it's more distinguishable with mix closer to 0.

Starting from this block diagram and the classic TS-808 I tried to implement a NuTube Screamer:

I created a Spice model of Nutube 6P1  triode using Koren's method and did a Spice analysis of the circuit:

Here are the simulations results:

I made schematics and PCB layout using Eagle CAD:

Here are some sound tests on Soundcloud:

And some videos:

Wow! This looks awesome! Are you planning on selling PCB's or anything of the sort? I would love to build this. :icon_mrgreen:

You can start by downloading Freecad here:
https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/Download

and eaglepcb2freecad module for Freecad here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/eaglepcb2freecad/

and start creating your library of enclosures, buttons, potentiometers...
There are several webs that provide free 3D models, and many manufacturers too:

I have published schematics, BoM and layout here:

I will probably add source files to github too.

Some pictures of the PCB. I prefer to add switches and pots on PCB but I had some issues finding 9mm potentiometers with shaft long enough, so I had to file the buttons:
