Weird noise in tremolo build

Hi there

I recently built this tremolo from a kit from FuzzDog

It makes some weird noises. The circuit itself works. I made a demo video in which you can hear the noise quite good.

I checked every single part, if its the correct way around, if its the correct resistor etc.

Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong? can a faulthy part lead to this?

Welcome you've come to the right place.
Seems like a simple magnavibe build.
Can you host some pictures of your board on the net (imgur others too) and post a link back here.
post up some voltages too.
It's wierd i've never had this issue after messing with a magnavibe.
what are you using it with? guitar, amp?

My guess is the NPN might have the wrong pinout. They can be tricky because there is no universal standard, it's always up to the manufacter. You might have emitter where base should be or something weird like that.

A picture tells a lot more than a description- we would like to see things like lead dress, soldering quality, misread color codes or cap codes, or misrouted wires etc. Start by posting the schematic, layout, and photos of your actual build to get the most interest in responding to your problem.

Maybe it's overgrowed by something like: gdoup, sbam, crash, autch, @$%$&, e.t.c.
