soaring skillet byoc build

Hi I just finished building this pedal from byoc and it only works on the trem. but I do not get any effect sound of the phaser  when engaged  the led light ups but the sound stays the same witso any ideas or were or how to check h the phase led light on or off how do I go about trouble shooting the octocouplers in it or what is the common problem with them So any help will be great Thanks
