Weener Wah 2016 MadBean Peadals ISSUES

Hi,

I've just build the Wenner Wah 2016, and I have some issues. When the effect is on the Wah is very subtle and I have a volumen drop. I revised the circuit many times and I have no idea... You can help me?

I've used BC239B instead BC109

Sorry, these are the readings:

Q1

E= 7.82V
B= 0.581V
C= 0.03V

Q2

E= 9.79V
B= 1.76V
C= 1.21V

D1

+= 10.07V
-= 9.90V

Is normal that the collector of Q1 dosen't have any voltage?

No, you're either reading them backwards or they're installed backwards.

Yes... I put the transistors wrong.... a big mistake...

Okey,

I've change the transistors with some BC109B with 220 to 260 hfe. And I raise R7 to 68k. But the wah sounds strange... It's hard to explain. I upload an audio file.
