I'd like to use the Monomonster (MM) bypass relay pcb for some of my projects, but am a little stumped on where to wire the LED and Vin pads from the MM pcb to my effects pcb.

Below is an example of one project - the Aion Flare. This and pretty much every other project has an on board LED, so I'm not sure how to wire the MM LED and Vin pads.

In this example, would I connect the MM's LED pad to the Aion's SW pad? And what about VIN? Would I wire that to the DC jack's positive lug?

Yeah VIN goes to the DC jack positive, I would also take ground on the MM board straight to the DC jack negative to help reduce the chance of noise from the module.
It says the LED's anode should be connected to the "LED" pad but doesn't say where the cathode is supposed to go, I guess you connect it to ground through a current limiting resistor. This seems like a bit of an oversight because it doesn't give you anywhere to connect the resistor, it would be nice to have that on the board.   Or maybe there is already a resistor on the board before the "LED" pad but it doesn't say that anywhere.
You can't use the LED mounting pads or the "SW" pad on the Flare board because the "SW" pad is the cathode end of the LED.

Hm, tricky!

The resistor values on the MM pcb are 10k and 1M. 10k seems awfully high for a CLR. I usually see those at 4.7k or 5.1k.
