Trem Lune LFO to CV?

Someone asked me if it would be possible to use the Trem Lune LFO section as a stand alone unit, but have it provide 0 - 5v CV output. I can see using the Vactrol to control the voltage output, would I be correct in assuming that I use it as part of a voltage divider arrangement to take 9v down to 5v? Or, would it need an op amp arrangement?
