Mammoth Potentiometer?

Anyone here ever used a potentiometer from Mammoth? Opinions ?

I would assume those are Alphas, with "Mammoth" stamped on the back.

I ordered some and they are fine, but honestly i dont see the advantage of ordering from mammoth over tayda, mammoth take for freaking ever (3 or 4 business days to even process your order and then took another 4 business days to get my order (which was messed up) to me. As well as very snarky customer service, on top of that shit selection. As far as my order goes i needed a 3.9m resistor for a phaser, the site notes these will be carbon film, which was fine. But regardless of my opinions everyone should know that youll get a 1/2 watt resistor if you order those higher values, which is not noted on website. Not that big of a deal, unless your build is for a 1590A, specifically the madbean smoothie.  I dry fitted it on pcb and it could have worked but i didnt wanna have it jammed in there which could cause pressure on the board with bottom of enclosure on it. Also i ordered 5 pots and 2 of them te lugs were mashed in, as well as the legs of the transistors i ordered (2n5089). I emailed them and at first the guy was nice concerning the 1/2 watt resistor, although he acted like this was something i shouldve known. Concerning the 2 potentiometers and 2 out of 4 transistors he said ok we can process a refund ( i wasnt waiting 10 more days to get those 2 pots and 2 trannies, could get them of ebay tayda thaishine and have them in like 4 days..The next day i recieved an email saying please take pictures of the parts in question, at this point i was pissed, i mean the value was like 1.50, i had just tossed the crushed parts bc i had only had 1 issue, it was with a part from tayda, and they said we apologixe we will send out replacement asap. So i just said man you can just keep your 1.50, you have wasted alot of my time, took 10 days to get parts to me , when im 300 miles away, which is a 4 hr drive. Basically being treated like im trying to scam them out of 1.50. Granted financially i dont have much money, but i felt insulted, lied to (about the resistor size) and was already going to haveto make another order to get a 1/4th watt resistor so i made an order with tayda. Taydas stuff got to me in 8 days, every item in perfect shape( as they have always been). i havent been on  Mammoths website but once about a week ago. They were having a sale or maybe have reduced the prices on their enclosures, i think the 1590a was like 2.60, but i refuse to ever make another order with them stricktly bases on there customer service. Another time, when they came out with the colored aluminum knobs, i couldnt find them on their site. God knows there site is just amazingly complicated, so idk 3 days later i get an email back saying yea those can be pretty difficult to find, and a link was provided. they have ad a banner up about the website being updated forever, i believe something wasnt programmed correctly and the picture wasnt linked properly to the colored knobs as every link i tried just showed the black ones. IDK its just like dude has this way of being subtly sarcastic or talking down to you. In my opinioin if your running a business, unless you know a certain customer personaly there is no room for that, unless you dont care about repeat customers. Some ppl would just let these things go and i try to be reasonable but since it wasnt the first time i felt like they were just being shitheads i will never order from them again. its not like there will ever be anything that they offer you cant get somewhere else. End of Rant

Just for reference - was that a recent Mammoth experience? I believe they had a change in management/ownership a while back.
