Dr Boogie BOM.... weird layout...

Hey guys, I found this layout for a Dr. Boogie pedal on line and I like it because the pots are close and, more importantly, board mounted.  However, I cannot find a BOM for this one.  There are plenty of BOM's out there for the Gauss Dr. Boogie but all I have to go on here is the silk screen on the actual board... the components could be numbered differently on this one.  I contacted the site but they do not have the BOM. I could get the board, then "reverse engineer" it by comparing it to the schematic (assuming they are the same) but if some one here has a BOM for this PARTICULAR board, I would be grateful if they could post it. Thanks!

It was off a russian site but when I go back now I get a 404 Site not found error....
