I have added modulation to pt2399 delays, but this one seems a totally different inside. Would the delay time pot connected to mod work?

I have no idea but I'd be interested too! :)

You could try putting a vactrol based LFO across the delay time pot and see what happens.

Thanks mth, my doubt is if adding that modulation part could damage the fx as it is digital, not analog.
Boba7, do you have a madbean account? I was listening yesterday a lo fi 3fx in one box from there and it was sounding amazing, is it yours? Congratulations then!

IC1 appears to be a cpu and it's clock rate might be the basic time delay control. Hard to read the schematic text, but the delay pot appears to be part of an RC timing network on cpu pins CKO, CKI and CKP (not sure if it is a P

Agree with mth5044. I don't think that adding a vactrol could damage anything and a vactrol doesn't require any other voltage connections. Simply adding the vactrol across the pot means a low pot resistance will also reduce the modulation depth, but that shouldn't stop you proving that it's viable.
