Tremulus Lune to Boost Mod

Hey all,

I just finished building this very nice sounding Tremulus Lune, and though I tested everything before boxing it up, I decided to add a mod that I hadn't tested yet, but not sure is going to work as planned. Using this schematic: http://electro-music.com/forum/phpbb-files/thumbs/t_tremolo_654.gif

If I lift lug 3 from the Depth pot, I should get full "on" on the LED in the LED/LDR and effectively just have a buffer and boost, right? I initially tried to short lug 1 to lug 2 but the LFO is still connected and going that way, so it still trem's in that configuration. Anyone can confirm this simple mod will work as planned?

Yes, probably.

But wouldn't it be easier to snip the wire than to ask for pre-blessing?
