Need help debugging an overdrive

Hi everyone,
I got a PCB built for an overdrive and assembled it today, but there's no output. I've attached the schematic from which the board was made, and pictures of the board.
Voltages on the IC are:
1: 8.85
2: 1.46
3: 4.34
4: 0
5: 4.78
6: 6.52
7: 1.35
8: 9.58
When going over it with an audio probe, the signal is present at pin 3, but dies out at pin 2 and 1. There is no audio at all after that.
This is my first time using a pcb that I designed myself, so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Still in the process of learning, so bear with me if I ask dumb questions :P

Just with a quick look at the schematic I noticed that there is something odd with IC1a feedback network. Try this;
Reverse D3 and run a wire link from IC1 pin1 to the junction of R5, D1 and D3. See what voltages you get on IC1 after trying this.

Which circuit did you base your design on?

Cheers.

What Slowpoke101 is trying to tell you is that IC1 NFB loop uses ONLY C3 (100pF) as feedback resistor and the rest of Gain/Bite pots, R5, D1/D2/D3, R6 & C4 as gain resistor..  :icon_wink:

Your IC1 behaves more like a semi-phase integrator with off-set (due to same direction placed diodes)..

can I ask, what schem program is that drawn with?

too late, I've gone and asked already.

slowpoke101- Thanks! I should have checked it over before I sent it off for fab huh? I'm currently at school, so I will do the modifications as soon as I get back home.
antonis- what's a semi-phase integrator? never heard of that before.
duck_arse- I'm using Eagle.

It works! Thanks for the sanity check, I really should have noticed that [emoji28]

Neitheir did I.. :icon_biggrin: :icon_lol: :icon_biggrin:

A "typical" integrator with a diode in series with RGAIN (input resistor) could be considered as a semi-phase one, couldn't it..??
