I will post more pictures and check my trimmer in the morning,
If all else fails I'll remove the switch cables and see if it will work
With the switch removed and the caps replaced. Thanks for all
The advice!

here's a few more pics of the pedals guts.

I have also triple checked all my resistors and they are all the correct type and in the correct place.
Also the trimmer at the high end yeilds 3.63 and low ends at 0.00

You should also check the voltage range at the JFET gates.
Send:     . .- .-. - .... / - --- / --. --- .-. -
According to the water analogy of electricity, transistor leakage is caused by holes.

Ah! Ok,
Q1 gate 3.63 - 3.63
Q2 gate 3.63 - 3.63
It dosnt change at either extreme.

If those are the 2N5485s installed, you need to flip them around.

It lives!! I think retouching the 3M9 is what did it, though
I'm 100% unsure, I retouched a few other spots but after
I saw that message about the Qs, I flipped em and it works great !
Thanks everyone for all your help!! This project was getting to me
Being that it *was* my third modulator pedal  build with an LFO problem.
The others remain in cured but I'm damn happy about this Phase 45
Finally working!
Thanks again!!
